City Traffic Have You Down?
Hey Folks. It’s been a while since I’ve posted as I’ve been busy but I wanted to get back into this for a few reasons. One that gas prices have gone up since I last posted and two, my friends have encouraged me to continue on with this idea. So to that point, I want to bring you the EZIP MTN Trailz Electric Mountain Bike.
Now this idea came from a friend of mine who lives in downtown Philadelphia. He got tired of taking the bus to work due to overcrowding and the 15 block walk to work sometimes left him sweating. Was a solution available? He found this electric mountain bike as the solution. Now having taken a ride on it this past weekend, I can say, it’s zippy and saves plenty of time over walking and money over bus fare.
I could chose to pedal if I liked or let the electric motor do all the work. Needless to say, I tooled around on this ride for a good 20 minutes on full battery power before seeing any degradation in the battery’s intensity. Not bad considering the 15 block commute my friend has take less than 10 minutes on this bike. So his trip home can be without pedaling if desired.
Bottom line, if you are looking to get a little exercise but have a ride that cost nothing in gas and lowers your carbon footprint, this could be an option for you.
