Warm Base Layer From Recycled Material
I love outdoor fun in the cold – as long as I’m wearing the right clothing. There is an amazing array of cold weather gear options out there, but many of them are made from some very strange fabrics that seem far from natural. Here’s a good compromise: check out this base layer from Patagonia. Not only does it provide thermal protection and comfort, but it is also made out of recycled and recyclable synthetic fibers. It is sold by REI, which is a company I really like for its commitment to sustaining the environment.
