Xeko
Xeko is a trading card game with a twist. It teaches children about conservation based around a made up mythology called Xeko (pronounced zeekoh). Each card is beautifully illustrated, trust me on this one, you will be amazed at the quality of the artwork in this game. The object of the game in Xeko is to create the strongest, most balanced environment. Players link “species cards” with other species cards, and battle other players in turf wars to win cards. The more endangered the animal, the rarer the card and the higher its point value. When one of the decks is depleted, each player counts the eco points on his or her cards and the one with the most points wins.
Each starter set includes 2 endangered Cards, 10 Rare Cards, 2 Hot spot Cards, 36 Common Cards, 1 Extra Large Play Mat, 2 Learn to Play Guides, and 1 Rule Book. Xeko cards are made from 100-percent recycled materials and a portion of its sales are donated to conservation programs. A great green gift for the child in your life.
